The apartment
The spacious apartment is on the first floor of a private complex “Club del Sol” around a communal swimming pool with large sun terrace. The enclosed garden has a subtropical appearance with large palm trees, a lawn and many flowers. The complex consists of 28 apartments which are arranged in a V around the communal swimming pool. In the tip of the V is a restaurant "El Patio" where delicious Spanish specialties and good coffee is served.
The apartment can accommodate 4 adults plus 2 children.
All the luxury of home
With a modern kitchen with luxurious materials in a Mediterranean style with a terracotta tiled floor and ocher colored walls. The kitchen has an oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There are 2 bathrooms with designer washbasins.
There is also air conditioning that can provide both heating and cooling.

The layout
The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen and dining area. The front terrace has sea views and you can also see the lighthouse and the old fortress of Puerto Pollensa.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, designer washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom gives access to the spacious sunny rear terrace with a unique view of the Tramuntana mountains.
There are two children's bedrooms. The largest has a bunk bed and a sofa bed on which two people can sleep. This bedroom also has air conditioning and a large fitted wardrobe. There is also a baby cot.
The other has a bunk bed and plenty of closet space.
There is a second bathroom with shower, wc and a beautiful design sink. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The rental includes cleaning, WIFI, bed linen and towels. We also pay tourist tax.
Ideal for holidays with children
Club del Sol is frequently visited by families with children during the school holidays. As a result, you can always quickly find friends to play and swim with.
From toddler bed to beach toys, from baby monitor to high chair. Everything has been thought of to give your gezin a wonderful holiday.
And don't you feel like cooking? The restaurant El Patio has delicious Spanish meals and a cozy terrace.
